  9. 2sets 15 pullups after weights

Land Demo

  1. Dry rowing-dboat and canoeing

  7. Medicine balls

    heys, ive kinda realised that its pretty darn hard to give a canoeing or dragonboat demo without some form of physical activity being performed....just wondering if this will chase people away? cos sports like soccer can...play soccer and tennis can play tennis, but we have no place to canoe or dragonboat in school haha=)
