Time to start our activities for this month:
Training for dragonboat: 2 sessions in Aug on the 10th and the 24th... time: 2-4pm
Anyone who is interested in taking part in Sheares' bridge run? Some of us are training for this and i hope to organise a running session together... East coast perhaps?
